Orders over $75 include free ground shipping both ways. Linens arrive on hangers, in labeled plastic bags, with a 14-day rental window.

No washing required. Just use the included duffel bag and prepaid return label to drop off at UPS or call 1-800-PICKUPS.

Rental FAQs

How long is the rental period?

You’ll have 14 days from the day your order arrives to get your items on their way back to us.

How do I return my rental items?

Use the included duffel bag and prepaid return label. If either is missing, please let us know right away to avoid a replacement fee.

How does free shipping work?

Orders of $75 or more ship free both ways via UPS Ground within the continental U.S.

Are there late fees?

Yes — additional charges apply for late returns, or if items are missing or damaged.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum is required, but orders under $75 do not qualify for free roundtrip shipping.

Enjoy free round-trip shipping within the continental US on orders $75+ and a 14-day rental window
Receiving & Returning Your Rental
Your linens will arrive ready for immediate use, neatly packed on hangers and protected in plastic bags. You'll also receive duffel bags and pre-paid UPS return labels to make returning your items easy as 1-2-3. Once your rental period is finished:
- Shake linens free of debris, then pack the unlaundered cloths into the duffel bag(s).
- Do not return hangers.
- Attach the provided return labels to each duffel bag.
- Bring the packed duffel bags to any UPS location, or schedule a pickup by calling 1-800-PICKUPS (800.742.5877). A small fee will apply for pickup.
- Once the items reach UPS that's it it's that easy!

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

Return Labels & Duffel Bags: Are valuable! If you lose them, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Late Returns: Make sure your linens reach UPS by the end of your 14-day rental period. If not, additional weekly rental fees will apply.
